About this class

Cardio & Body Care is a class for everybody. We focus on increasing cardiovascular endurance through a variety of body weight movements. We target the upper body muscles by using small weights with high repetitions. Filled water bottles or any items you can hold in both hands works perfectly for this class.

The session will end with unwinding both the body and the mind. We will stretch from head to toe, focusing on breath control whilst listening to relaxing music. Using a resistance band we will make time for small movements and controlled holds. A towel is a good substitute for the resistance band.

Prior Requirements: 2 - 4kg weights OR filled water bottles as an alternative - a resistance band OR a towel as an alternative.

Please use a laptop/desktop to attend the session. (You can currently attend the session using a laptop or desktop. Mobiles are not supported yet and we are working towards that.)
