We recently launched our first ever MASTERCLASS and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with all of you. A masterclass is a special class or session given by an expert about a specific field of interest. In our case, this masterclass will be given by Tom Duggan and it is called Full Body Fitness & Body Care.

Tom is a highly skilled fitness instructor who is based in Finland and has been part of the StepOut’s Trainers Community for a really long time. The main purpose of this session is to increase your aerobic fitness level while burning fat. You will make us of your own bodyweight to work your arms, chest and shoulders! When focusing on the legs you will adopt a technique called plyometrics. Core and body posture will be also a focus within the masterclass.

This being said this special fitness focused session will be offering a wide range of benefits:
