For the last few weeks, we have been promoting our amazing StepOut trainers and the last StepOut trainers’ blog post comes nowwww! We still have two trainers left which we haven’t introduced yet. We are positive that after this post you know everything about our trainers and discovered new interesting activities you might wanna try out via our platform.
Let’s give it up for Amanda Attwood and Maria Palmusaari. These ladies definitely know what they are doing!
Amanda Attwood started with us a few weeks ago and it feels like she’s been a part of our team from the beginning. Her way of teaching is energetic and super confident. Amanda Attwood graduated from Koulutuskeskus Salpaus Further Education of Circus Arts in 2017 in Finland. After graduation, she has performed internationally ever since as a solo artist as well as in an acrobatic group called Zurcaroh based in Austria. As a trainer, Amanda has a big motivation to make every single student succeed regardless of age or level.
She teaches two different handstand sessions, for beginners and for those who already know a little bit about the handstand. Handstands improve your balance. You’ll engage your whole body while using your shoulders, arms, core, and back. Since a handstand is more like a weight-bearing exercise, it can help strengthen your bones and prevent osteoporosis. Handstands are also beneficial for your spine. So, as you can see handstand has many health benefits!
Amanda’s Handstand Beginner Level sessions are happening every Monday and Handstand Intermediate Level sessions every Tuesday. Sign up for her sessions now and start your fitness journey with us!
Our last (but not the least) trainer to promote is Maria Palmusaari. She graduated as a Pilates instructor in 2019 and as a personal trainer in 2016. She owns a wide experience as a teacher and trainer, which can be seen in her work as a certainty. As a trainer, She is analytical and precise, but most importantly she likes the warm and supportive approach.
People are looking for not only results but also well-being from Pilates sessions! Pilates has many health benefits. It improves flexibility and it also increases muscle strength and tones your muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks. Maria is instructing her Liikkuvuus ja Voima Pilates sessions every Sunday!
Sign up for her sessions now via StepOut mobile app.
